We ordered some items with our voucher last week and they are still listed as processing. We emailed the company but have not gotten a response. We’re wondering if we need to purchase the items someplace else but wanted to check if anyone has any information about the company.

We placed our order on January 24. It shipped on February 4 and arrived on February 6.
What products did you order? The website states they’re prioritizing manufacturing bumper mounts.
Keep in mind this is a pretty small company, as far as I’m aware a one man shop.
We ordered belts that were listed in stock. We assumed that note about the bumper products referred to out of stock items, but perhaps we were mistaken. I think we’ll order elsewhere.
