pneumatic system Wiring

How do we Wire our Pneumatic system???

Pneumatic System Consist Of:
Two Double Solenoid, Festo series VUVG, 12 volt

Assuming you are using LabVIEW, look up the software examples (see Support - Find FRC Examples). You will see a wiring diagram on the Front Panel. You can also look at the overall wiring diagrams.

Pneumatic tubing with “low” pressure air from the regulator goes into the “input” side of the solenoid. Tubing connects the output ports to the cylinder. (I don’t believe it matters which output goes to which end of the cylinder, but don’t quote me on that.)

Both of the solenoid “power” leads go to the solenoid breakout (which is wired for 12V). Cut one of the “2-Wire Jumper” cables from the KOP in half, and connect the leads to that. The +12 pin on the solenoid breakout is the further one from the circuit board.
