The wisdom of the crowd essentially says that by taking the average of a TON of uninfluenced guesses, it is likely to find the right answer. Based off this, I would love if you all could please fill out this google form!

By winning score do you mean the High Score for the event, or the score of the winning alliance in their final match?
I believe its the score of the winning alliance.

Cool experiment, but I don’t think that the people on CD are uninfluenced considering all the other threads and posts about predicted performances.

I would agree, but its the only way I can think to come up with a data set for this type of thing.

You might want to disallow multiple submissions on your form to prevent the average being skewed, intentionally or not.

Alright! The results are in! Apologies for it taking a little longer than I had expected. Here are the average scores (across 73 guesses).
- Week 1 avg score: 65.96
- Week 1 winning score: 112.95
- Week 6 average score: 105.23
- Week 6 winning score: 160.63
- Champs division score: 140.66
- Einsteins average score: 190.84
