Problem with Pigeon2

Our Pigeon 2 shows up in the tuner as version 22.6.1.0. Both lights are alternating yellow.

The DS has repeated errors

Nevermind! Simple code issue

Looks like I’m too slow, but here’s what I was in the middle of writing.

Pigeon 2 status lights are documented here.

Looking at the Firmware link here, it looks like the latest version for 2022 was 22.6.2.2, and there is a 2023 version available 22.99.22.2-Pro-alpha (edit: but you may not want to use that).

What was the code issue?

I wouldn’t use this one at all currently- it likely requires both a 2023 beta roborio image and a phoenix pro license

Likely using the PigeonIMU class instead of the Pigeon2 class

I honestly do not remember it was that far back, other than we resolved it as a simple coding issue. It might have been we were using the wrong class.

I will ask the kids today if they remember
