today we finally completed the base of the robot and we were testing to see if it goes over the bump nicely. it worked fine but when we went full speed it seems the impact of the hit automatically disables the robot. and i mean disable by the setting on the notebook automatically goes to disable and we have to set it to enable again. does anyone else have this problem? and does anyone know a way to fix it if its not a issue about the impact? thanks

I’m betting that the buttons on their gaming bridge are actuating in the slam down. One team has already seen that issue. Putting a piece of sticky tape over the buttons can help stop them from moving around, or you can change the orientation of the unit.
