Problems deploying GRIP to RoboRio

We are trying to use GRIP for vision proccessing but are having problems deploying to the roborio. We are able to deploy and get a “SUCCESS the project is running in headless mode” then it crashes with a

“OpenCV Error:Assertion failed (ssize.area() > 0) in resize, file /home/javacpp-presets/opencv/cppbuild/linux-frc/opencv3.0.0/modules/imgproc/src/imgwar.cpp, line 3208”

and many more errors after that. We are really stuck on what to do any advice will help thanks.
