Problems reaching https://frcmaven.wpi.edu?

Is anyone else having problems building with gradle because it cannot reach the maven repositories at the frcmaven.wpi.edu site?

frcdocs.wpi.edu seem to work as well as the general www.wpi.edu site. It seems to just be the maven repo site that is down.
