Programming an HSR-2645CRH Servo

We are attempting program a fail-safe on a Hitec HSR-2645CRH continuous rotation servo (https://www.servocity.com/hsr-2645crh-servo) so that when PWM signal is cut to it (i.e. when robot is disabled), it stops moving. Currently, its behavior is such that it holds the speed last set to it while the robot was enabled. Obviously, this is undesirable. The product page for the servo suggests that certain settings can be adjusted with a servo programmer. We have tried using a Hitec DCP-11 universal servo programmer (https://hitecrcd.com/products/servos/digital-servo-programmers-2/dpc-11/product), but it doesn’t seem like the software supports this particular servo. Does anyone have any experience working with this (or a similar) servo or know of any good alternatives? It works great for our application, so we’d really like to use it, but this problem needs to be solved.
