Hello community, I’m back to show you another idea we had for our robot! At first we had a lot of difficulty with the wheels for MaxSwerve and we went through several ideas such as a wheel with bandage or foam, and then we came up with a great idea: PU rubber wheels. We discovered a liquid rubber manufacturer and if we use it on the wheels, they imitate skateboard wheels, their durability is long-term (we used the wheel for 2 months, 2 to 3 hours a day, until it wore out and lost some of its grip but was still usable) and their manufacturing process is less than a day, currently this manufacturer is our sponsor, “MoldFlex”. We use the liquid rubber "Polyurethane - Polly 75-90” and its hardness and resistance is high, and it is very difficult for a tear or holes in the wheel to occur. In addition, we made a silicone mold for better finish and to facilitate their production, but this is not mandatory. Here is the link to the liquid rubber: Poly 75-90 - Borracha de Poliuretano | Silicone,Poliuretanos e Plásticos líquidos - Moldflex
