Good Morning! FRC Team 5090 (Trenton Torquenados) is trying to understand how we compare to other teams when it comes to support from our school and district. One note is I can’t actually fill in details like full or part time or even just note stipend pay not a regular real position for coaches. Most of the questions have a specific format and it doesn’t tell you whole numbers only or just numbers without text. Maybe add some hints in the question.
Survey monkeys own prompt doesn’t say what it’s looking for, just that it’s not the right format and it prevents submission

how much MULTI-PURPOSE or SHARED square footage does your team have access to on a reliable basis?
A bit interesting to try to answer this when the reliability of our shared space(s) this year is in major flux / uncertainty.

@kingc95 I just updated some of the data validation prompts and adjusted the limits on them, so hopefully it’s more clear.
@ElliotS Yes, absolutely. I’ll let the survey run for a week or so or until responses start to dry up then re-post here with the raw data and some of my own conclusions.

If we recruit from multiple public schools should we be adding their populations together for the first question?

Technically we do multiple schools and school districts as well. So our total number would be massively out of whack. We only get funds from one district and that’s the main district but we take in students from other local schools without teams so it’s a smorgasbord. Should we base it on the main school district?

We have two schools with a combined population of 4100. Can you open the limit on that question?

Quick question - Does the direct financial support question include coaching salaries, or do you not want that money included since you ask about district employees working with the team as a separate question?

Hi Everyone! Following up, as of now there have been 162 respondents to this survey, so thank you all very much for taking the time to respond. Some neat insights so far, the biggest being you have to pay SurveyMonkey if you want access to anything over 25 results 
Guess I should have done a bit more research.
Like I indicated before, I’m just going to let this run for a few more days then will get the raw data and some of my own conclusions out likely early next week - I’m travelling for work next week and should have some time to sit down and summarize it all.
@Malm Don’t include in the financial impact of paying salaries.

Finally getting around to uploading the data. Those of you who may have entered some comments into the free-form fields, I’ve eliminated any sort of identifiable information. I have NOT had the chance to really dig into the data - I was out of town most of last week for work and caught a nasty cold last weekend.
Thank you all who have responded. This should go a long way in our discussion with our District and School - hopefully this helps you out as well.
