I’m sure that you have seen some sites that have
360? panoramas that you can scroll around to see
the whole way. One program that does this really
well is QuickTime. It even allows you now to pan
up and down. I was wondering if anybody would
like to take a 360? pans at the competitions, since
I
am only going to the NY Regionals and the
Nationals, I can only do those places. Since I will
be missing all the other regionals, I was hoping
anybody that knows how to make them at other
competition would make them.
I think it would be a great service to all. Because
you know a picture says a 1000 words, but
wouldn’t it be great if people could see the rest
would an ordinary picture misses. I think that this
would be a valuable service to other FIRST
members to see what other regionals looked like
If you make multiple QTVR’S you can make a QTVR
tour, like the one on my web site.

The 360 VR part sounds cool, but not in our plans/budget this year. Check out soap108.com after KSC, after WMI, and during IL for .mov’s and maybe .mpg’s of most matches.
