Starting with ISR #1 Quals 11, the 1576-1577-1690 alliance scored 141 points without penalties.
A few days later in California, Hueneme Quals 4 had the 4414-1678-3647 alliance scoring 159 points without penalties.
In South Florida Finals 2, we saw the 3653-695-179 alliance scored 154 points without penalties, though if I’m doing my math right, this is chronologically after the Hueneme match and didn’t get to be a record-holding score.
I just watched this match, super impressive! TBA shows that all three red alliance robots achieved the mobility bonus, but it looked like only two robots on the red alliance moved in auto. Am I missing something?
Nope, looks like a mistake was made in evaluating the score for mobility. Great catch!
It also appears the same scoring error happened in Finals 1, where mobility was awarded to 179 twice. (Game manual says mobility should be awarded to EACH robot). Thankfully this did not decide the match.
I think Hueneme 4 would have happened earlier than this.
Assuming Hueneme started on time this match happened 10:15 local time or earlier. That would make it at 1:15 Central Time, I think most events aren’t starting elims till 1:30 so I don’t think Elims Match 7 gets the chronological high score.
Now whether it is the chronological 2nd place or 3rd place to South Florida Finals is a little more debatable
Also just adding, Quals 53 in Utah with 4499, 4550, and 192 scored 151 penalty-free points Friday afternoon between the ISR #1 and Hueneme matches, so I believe that held the high score for a night.
I really appreciate that FiM standardizes full field camera placement at all of our events. No local authority to deviate, and that’s the view that gets uploaded. I’m very confident that newer Average Joes are being trained on our scouting process right now, using FiM videos of matches that teams we will see at Lakeview#2 have played so far. We check their data. Accurate information is the foundation of strategy, and many students enjoy the strategy dimension of FIRST more than other team roles. Because FiM provides standard format match video, we can start students down a path that leads to strategic data analysis. There is FUN down that path, and there are careers too.

Sorry for diving down that rabbit hole. It’s one of my favorites.
PNW typically provides a full-field view as well - you can find it for this match here: Q11 2023 PNW District SunDome Event - WIDE - YouTube. Usually both get linked to TBA - not sure why that hasn’t happened yet.
The venue has poor internet reception so the video uploads are delayed combined with TBA not auto-adding videos that don’t come from the main first inspires channel
Gonna be really tough to hit that 193 without a 1678/last second type of climber. Notice how in the recent match the other alliance basically left most of the middle up for grabs.
