I noticed that the FIRST Impact Award submission page is asking for a video link. I remember turning in a USB drive last year to submit the video that we handed directly to the judges during our interview, can we still do that? Does our video have to be submitted by the due date or will it be fine if we hand in a physical copy?
Welcome to Chief Delphi! The answer is that, to the best of my knowledge you MUST submit a link to at least a empty folder by the due date, and cannot hand over a USB drive at your events. You do have the time before your events to work on your video and it does not need to be done by the 15th. You however must have the link to the video done by the 15th. You’re not able to edit the link but if the link is to a folder, you’re able to edit what the folder is holding (since the folder’s contents won’t affect the link).
