Hello, on Stop Building Day, when we have to pack up the robot, must we include the electronic part as well?
When you bag up the robot, there is a short list of stuff you can specifically exempt, and there’s a long list of stuff that can be exempted if it’s <30 lb. Reference R17 and R23 for the complete details.
Specifically for the electrical board. By themselves many of the parts are COTs and by themselves would be exempted from the withholding allowance. Once assembled into an electrical board, they are part of an assembly and are no longer exempted.
