Put the twin double rack design together today.
Video is not that great unless viewed on a phone screen.
All gears and brackets printed in HIPS (almost 2kg) with a .8 nozzle on an Anycubic Chiron. The bearings are Nylon with 4mm bicycle bearing balls printed on a Matterhackers Pulse also with a .8 nozzle. 2 double racks, 8 double gears plus to extra gears to link the top and bottom row. Quite some math and so much to the ones that claim one cannot print accurately with a .8 and you cant 3DP gears and get the center distance correct.
