When connecting the ethernet cord to the radio it says unidentified network.
As per the message, try disabling all other adapters in the Control Panel (right click on the adapter and select “disable”, which will make the adapter gray). This includes things like bluetooth adapters and VPN adapters.
Thank you so much for the reply! We did just that. Found out that we were pressing Load Firmware after plugging in the power and ethernet to the laptop. We solved it by pressing the Load Firmware button before plugging in the radio to power and to the computer.
