Random Forum that barely works

Check out my random and useless forum that runs on a server that crashes upon 10 simultaneous requests  LOL

Darn it. Do you really have to DoS it?

If you want people to see it, you need a URL.

I’m guessing it’s http://devstuff.no-ip.info (his/her signature). If not, how could someone DoS it without a URL? The site hosted on an RPi is really cool

Is it a bug when one user equals a successful DoS attack? :stuck_out_tongue:

Maybe it barely works, but it does work. Nobody can say you are throwing too many resources at it…

(We’ve heard of brute force. Is this brute weakness?)

Sorry, the url, as mentioned above, is devstuff.no-ip.info. Must’ve forgotten to give the link. Kinda like me emailing things. I find something cool that I am sure my mentor would like to hear about but send him the email without the link. Sometimes, he receives the link after five emails

Also, yes, this server setup does pay off. It isn’t too safe, the reason why I do not store personal informational on my server, but it is very inexpensive to run. The very little traffic that is received prevents complaints from my ISP from coming. Also, this pi isn’t just a web server! It is running all sorts of servers:
3 Web Servers: Apache2 and Nginx and Webmin
√1 FTP Server: VSFTPd
√1 SSH Server: SSHd
√2 Remote Desktop Servers: xRDP and TightVNC
√1 Samba Server: SMBd + NMBd
√1 SiriProxy Server: SiriProxy
√1 Database Server: MySQLd

Plus, the Pi runs some small and lightweight CAD programs like Fritzing

My Pi is a guinea pig for all the experiments I do

Also, this runs a few web applications:
WordPress
OwnCloud
SimpleMachines Forum (SMF)

Coming soon:
SSL
Project Management
Caching
more…
