Usually when the field drawings come out each year a set of drawings comes out with instructions and materials to build practice field pieces. Has anything like that been released this season because I have yet to find it.

Here under “FIRST Official CAD Models” you can find “simple” and “complex” versions of each field element. Inside each zip, there are CAD models and PDF drawings.
