:To everyone-
:
:I am writing to ask everyone to tell me their story. I
:was just wondering what everyone did by way of
:Chairman’s submissions this year, when they got
:them completed and how they carried it over into
:judging. I always love hearing team’s stories and
:normally people like to tell, so if you are willing to
:share, I would be very appreciative.
:Long, intense, expressive and detailed stories are
:welcome. Let’s hear it.

:Team 65
Well here is Team 121’s Chairman’s Award and
Animation Entry.

I haven’t seen a lot of Chairman’s Award on the
web, because I had discovered it is difficult for a
video presentation that is about 8-10 minutes. A
paper presentation can easily be put on-line, but
Video is really tricky. For one thing it will be almost
a 50 megabyte file, minimum for audio and good
video quality. This year I made my Team’s
Chairman’s Award in FLASH so it is doesn’t really
take a long time to download, especially for people
with Dial-Up’s
I also encourage other teams to post their
animation and Chairman’s Award on the web too.

I have been trying to post our submission for a while, but have run into one problem after another. Our submission was done in Adobe Illustrator, and the person who did it gave me a bunch of PDF files. Unfortunately some of them are corrupted and other things aren’t right.
I don’t feel that they are worthy of posting on the web, but if someone would like to see them, they can e-mail me and I will send them what I have and they can mess with it
