REEFSCAPE Field Elements Sold Out

Keep in mind this is a physical limitation of Material and bending dies… If you look at the official First ones, you will probably find they don’t meet the bend radius. Looking at the field drawings over the years, the designers don’t have a lot of production experience. One good example is pipe is sold in nominal size. The production variance is often more than the called out drawing tolerance. The referenced dimension on the drawing is not the controlling dimension. On the material sheet the dimensions are set by the material specification. I don’t want to throw too much shade on the designers, but this is the reality.

So I’m going to get greedy here, but to take it one step further a wood version where all the pieces can be made on a 4x2ft router (or even more difficult an omio) would be sweet.

In the specs for the scoring pole, the following is called out for the powder coat…“Powder coat color: RAL-4003 “Heather Violet”, or equivalent”. Can anyone at AndyMark share what manufacturer they use? We’d like to use the same if possible. We’ve purchased some scoring poles but are fabricating others while we wait

How early in February? I will be doing field setups Jan 31, Feb 7 and a scrimmage Feb 16. Then another setup Feb 21, then our field is going to be the practice field at the Duluth regionals week 1.

Not saying I have a greater need than anyone else, but I have 20 teams coming to use the field Feb 16 and 108 teams at the Double DECCer.
