The box is like seed coral pods or something that you add to the reef. Frank and the other fish (name?) say that the reef is looking livelier since the ROVs arrived.

Frank has been enjoying retirement as a VR fish.
Also the robot got tangled in seaweed, so we have to avoid some area or figure how to get through it.

Yes. End game for sure. Maybe you can only grasp one of the bars, so you need a second robot to lift it?
