All robot elements must now be bagged by [size=]11:59 PM Eastern tonight (or 4:59 UTC Wednesday 2/22/17) rather than your local midnight.[/size] Your withholding allowance per R21, Bumpers, COTS items, and your ropes do not have to be including in the bag.
