request confirmation of death for OI

When our OI is powered only by the AC adapter, and with nothing else plugged in, the power on LED is steady green, the internal fault LED is steady red, and the 4-digit display is off. The manual states “contact Innovative First”, which I have done, and am waiting for a response. I am expecting to order a new one from them, but would like a warm fuzzy that it’s really beyond local fixing.

The team number was successfully set ~3 weeks ago, and so the board was at least semi-functional at some point.

We ordered a new one today. If we learn anything about our dead one, we’ll post here.
