Proposal: somehow find karthik a bigger room.
I’d recommend having his in a special timeslot on one of the FRC fields before practice matches start. You could then also show the presentation on the jumbotrons.

Have Karthik give his presentation during the Einstein field calibration time (can’t recall if there is a bunch of other stuff going on during this time, besides just teams cleaning). Or break it up and give it in small sections during the breaks between those matches. Give him a field to stand on, put it on all the screens. It would be great.
All the conference presentations need to be recorded.
The teams that made it to worlds really don’t need the presentations, the teams that didn’t qualify do. On top of that, most the presentations are during matches, so drive team/pit members can never see them.
Having the conferences on YouTube to watch in the future would be a big benefit for the community. (Thanks to the couple groups who do for their presentations, like FUN for Karthik, PhotonVision, and 6328 at least)
