Our team is having trouble with restarting our roborio we connected the robot to the computer via Ethernet cable and driver station is showing there is no communication.
What do the LEDs on the RIO show?
Try the USB cable if you have one. If this works, you can focus on troubleshooting the Ethernet. If not, you can look elsewhere.

There is no USB port on our roborio we are trying to restart it to establish connection with the computer.
Tethering via USB is done by connecting a cable from “USB Device” (in the photo) to a USB port on the computer you are using for the driver station.
