In case you guys haven’t noticed, REV released a bunch of brackets and stuff for their 1" Extrusion. Do you guys plan on using it more now especially for like prototyping stuff?

One issue is that 8020 (and 8020-like extrusions) is just intrinsically really heavy for the weight capacity. It could certainly be useful for prototyping, though.
We used some of them this season to mount 57 Sports to standard aluminum tubing. We’re happy with it. I personally like that the holes are sized for 10-32 screws, which are our go-to. Not sure if we’ll move away from VEX’s gussets across the board since we do have a lot of them stockpiled, but it’s nice to have options.
