REV NEO's rotating at uneven speeds

We have 4 Rev Neo 1.1 steering motors installed on SDS MK4i’s. When we try to rotate these motors at equal speeds a maximum of %5 deviation on every revolution is to be seen and the encoders are also reporting such a difference in velocity. This continues to be the case even though we program the motors to follow each other. Any kind of help would be appreciated. Thanks.

One swerve module is running faster

My team has been trying to get our first swerve drive going the past few months using 364’s Base Falcon Swerve and SDS MK4i’s. It’s running fairly well now, with the exception that the drive motor on one of the modules [2] is running 5-6cm/s faster than the others at full speed, which is enough to make it drive a very noticeable arc when driving in robot-centric mode, and in field centric, it turns until the robot is at a 45 degree angle to the direction it’s going with the faster module in the …
