Rev PCH isn't turning our compressor on?

Yes, I believe that is correct. It’s similar to how Spark Max controllers don’t let you drive motors from a computer if a roboRIO is present on the CAN bus.

Thanks. We worked on trying to get the compressor to come on for 2 hours without success. Hopefully this is the fix.

Actually, it’s the opposite. The PH needs to be connected to CAN, and if the roboRIO is connected and powered on, the roboRIO needs to be Enabled. If the roboRIO is not present, you can connect the CAN bus to the REV Hardware Client, and that will also work.
