Hello. Trying to sort out why CAN is not showing up on the CTRE Phoenix or the REV hardware client. We are getting a Keep Alive Time Out on the PDH. What does that mean? and does anyone know why the phoenix X is not picking up any devices?
Which CTRE devices are you using?
edit: Like Falcon 500, Pigeon IMU, PDP, Talon SRX?
We are using the CANcoders for the swerve drive. Our swerve drive is using neos.

edit: Particularly, are you connected through the RoboRIO (they used USB) and did you run the diagnostic server? If both these are true, then you might have an issue with the CAN wiring. Flipping yellow/green at a connection is a typical problem. You also should see the blink colors of devices indicating: Status Light Quick Reference — FIRST Robotics Competition documentation
Pictures of your wiring might help. It sounds as though this is a likely source of trouble.
