So we just got a new pdh for one of our practice robots to train new drivers and I’ve been trying to update it to no avail. Anyone know how to fix what’s happening, the update just keeps looping trying to update and number keeps getting higher. I redownloaded the client and it’s fully updated so I have no idea what I should do now. Thanks.
Try disconnecting 12V power (turn robot off), so that PDH is only powered via the USB cable. Let it power down before you plug in the USB cable.

That’s very strange, please reach out to [email protected] so that we can take a look at fixing that issue.
I’m the meantime, if you click on the PDH and go to the Update tab, you should be able to update it from that screen.
