I wanted to get a few opinions. We are planning on building parts of the field using the CNC version created by Rev. Unfortunately, it seems that many of the pieces are designed to be larger than the standard size that can be cut by our CNC (48x48).

Anyone have any ideas on how to best deal with this issue? The general idea I am working with now is cutting the longer pieces into smaller ones before cutting them and then reattaching them using bracing in the back.

We plan to jigsaw the longer pieces. Most are not too terribly elaborate. We also went with a hybrid of both wooden field options. Chose what we liked the best from both designs.

We disassemble last years field on kick off day and recycle the 2x4s to cut costs. There is enough stock from last year to cover nearly all 2x4s
