These products represent a multi-year effort based on feedback from the community coupled with many new innovations that gives teams of all skill levels new ways to build.

We have put together a page with information and will be releasing more information and details in the coming weeks.

We think this new platform will take FRC robots to the next level and we can’t wait to see teams using them in the 2024 FRC season.

Looks like a great product, thanks Greg!

Greg you did a great job of keeping this quiet, I had no idea. Through bore and mounted controller is sweet. I’ll read up on it today

Lol, I love the hard edge details at the end of those 4 screws showing they have loctite.

Is there any “Economics” on the Vortex and Flex yet?

I can’t quite tell but the vortex looks like a 775 class motor correct?

Replaceable shaft, modular controller, free updates. I’m happy REV was late to making a motor upgrade because their competitor has set the bar so low.

Average throughbore enjoyer

I can’t quite tell because of the unique shape, but would this fit in where a NEO would in an SDS mk4i module (I.e. same max diameter and only marginally longer?)

Through bore motor is sa-WEET! Any chance the 1/2" sleeve in the motor is replaceable? And if I’m
looking at this right, is the motor outrunner too?

Looks like it’s still shorter than a falcon v2 so I think it should.

This looks pretty great.

This motor will fit anywhere a neo 1.0 or 1.1 will fit with compatible mounting patterns

The motor is an exposed outrunner. The through hex part technically is replaceable but there should never be a need to.

Anyways who’s buying 10 and then stacking them on one shaft
