I believe REV starts the design/production of their starter bot after kickoff.
dated January 11th, 5 days after kickoff.
I believe that the only vendor that has access to information about the game prior to kickoff is AndyMark, and that REV’s Starter Bot and WCP’s Competitive Concept and any other vendor designs are developed after kickoff, but I could be mistaken.
