Hello Chief Delphi community,
We are thrilled to announce that we, RI3D Brasil, will be initiating the first Robot in 3 Days (Ri3D) project in Brasil today, in the 2025 kickoff.
In partnership with 5800, 1772, and our sponsors AIDTEC, EzMaker, AndyMark, STEMOS and more, we will be working on this project presentially in 1772’s work space . All of our progress will be recorded and posted in CD and Youtube and instagram.
our content will be posted following the cronogram:
Day 1: Matering the Game Piece, Into the Strategy.
Day 2: Testing the subsystems, Technical summary.
Day 3: Testing the subsystems, Technical summary.
Day 4: Wrap-up, Robot Reveal, Conclusion.

The Ri3D initiative has always been an incredible resource for us. By starting our own Ri3D project, we aim to bring the same level of insight and support to the wider Brazilian FRC community. We believe this project will improve the way low-resource teams approach the build season, providing invaluable resources and insights that will help elevate the performance of Brazilian FRC teams.
Our focus will be on testing systems, prototypes, and different methods for shooting, intaking, climbing, and indexing game pieces. To ensure comprehensive testing, we plan to collaborate with Brazil’s FRC supplier to test a wide variety of wheels and other key KoP parts.
Our main objectives include:
- Developing and testing various systems and prototypes
- Providing detailed documentation and CAD designs
- Sharing our findings through white papers and video content
- Providing content in portuguese and english via YouTube videos, instagram posts and Chief Delphi*
To achieve these goals, we will try to:
- Partner with Brazilian FRC supplier for KoP parts, primarily wheels
- Engage with local teams to borrow wheels, sensors, belts, and other KoP systems such as climb-in-a-box and motors
- Utilize Aidtec and EzMaker resources for comprehensive testing and documentation. As EzMaker, we plan to develop tools for fast and reliable prototyping. Currently, we administer FLL courses for Aidtec and FIRST competitions.
- Record and note all of our progress to share it with both brazillians and english speakers.
We would love to hear your thoughts and experiences. Please share any advice or tips for a new Ri3D team, and if anyone from the area is interested in participating or helping, message me directly.
We are excited to work together and make a significant impact. Inspired by the innovative spirit we’ve seen in past Ri3D projects, we felt compelled to bring this resource to Brazil and help the global FRC community.
Thank you, and we look forward to contributing to the FRC community with our Ri3D project.
