Our rio was working last Tuesday, but today it stopped turning on and nothing changed. We tested the power wires and they are getting a charge so we are thinking the power port on the RIO is broken. Any ideas?
Open it up and see if there are any metal shavings or things that could cause a short that managed to get inside. Then just give it some time?
We plugged the wires in backwards…
