Each of these topics is a separate seminar. We are welcoming both students and mentors for these seminars. These will be held on RIT’'s campus and specifics as to location will be provided closer to the dates of the seminars. All seminars are free of charge.
They are going to be on the second floor of the engineering building (9) I am not sure of the exact rooms yet, but there will be posted signs and people showing you where to go.
Due to a conflict in scheduling rooms for the seminars, all of the seminars have been moved and will take place from 8-9:30 rather than the previously announced time. The seminars will be taking place in building 9, the Kate Gleason College of Engineering building. For those that haven’t been here before i’ve attached a campus map with the engineering building highlighted in orange. Directions on how to get to campus can be found at http://inside.rit.edu/maps/
I don’t have the answer to that anymore. When we had 2 hours to do them, we were surely going to run them twice per night, now that the time is limited I am not sure what the goal is. Most if not all of our presentations will be availalbe online after the seminars.
Just a last minute reminder that the second set of seminars is happening tonight, so if you are sitting by your computer reading this head on over to RIT they start in an hour.
