Robofest 09

Competition Off-Season Events

Team 2344 is attempting to hold our own off-season event, “Robofest 2009” this year on May 30th. I will be able to put up more information later, but our mentor hasn’t given me the sheet with all the specifics.

I know for sure that the admission is 200$ per team, the date we have it set for is Saturday, May 30th, and as of now, will be held in Saunders High School in Yonkers, NY. I don’t know for sure if we are looking for a specific amount of teams.

So although this is not very specific, I just wanted to make it known that it is in the works, and see if anybody is interested in attending. Any questions, post them here, and I will try to get them answered as soon as I can. Hopefully, I will have the details up later today.

But despite the lack of specifics, is there anyone out there interested? :smiley:

Oh… We had no idea that existed :ahh:
Ill bring it up with our mentor tomorow, but hopefully we get a decent response and are able to hold the event.

Well, he gave me the wrong sheet, so it doesnt have his contact information, so I guess I’ll add it tomorow…

Spots are open for everyone! Planning to have outdoor activities as well and food and drinks. Any Volunteers out there who are willing to help out for Robofest 2009 please contact me at [email protected] or at [email protected] and let me know
