roboRIO NI Webdashboard Blank

Whenever we try to pull up the roboRIO’s Webdashboard, this is the only page that pulls up. We have tried using both USB and ethernet as connection methods, and have accessed the page through both the direct IP address and the roboRIO-XXXX-FRC DNS on multiple computers with no successful results. We tried booting the roboRIO into safe mode, which allowed us to access the Webdashboard, but only the roboRIO and no other devices were visible. Anybody have any ideas?

IE doesn’t work anymore for the webdash. You must use Chrome or Firefox.

Use Firefox or Chrome, not IE, this year.

Remember that after upgrading to the 2019 version, the CAN devices will not show up in the Web Interface (web dashboard) anymore

Hope that helps!

But don’t I have to use the Silverlight plugin? Or is there a way around that?

Silverlight is gone for 2019. For CAN manipulation, CTRE’s Phoenix Tuner tool is used for that.

I just added a note about RIO webdash not working in iexplore to hopefully help teams (not CAN bus related, but still important).

Seems like the iexplore thing isn’t documented in enough places.

Oh thanks! Didn’t realize that changed this year.
