We tried to access the Roborio Webdashboard after installing the new 2019 NI system, and only a blank page shows up. We are using Internet Explorer, and have comm with the rio. Any help would be appreciated, thank you!
The new page does not work in Internet Explorer or Edge. You need to use either Chrome or Firefox.

One more question, although now we can access the web dashboard, we still don’t see tabs that are shown in the wpilib documentation. We can’t see the pdb nor the pcm, and cannot see any CAN devices. Any help would be great, thank you!
Edge is because it does not like connecting to mdns or raw IP addresses. It does weird things with security, so it just refuses to load. Its weird.
You’re looking at old docs. The dashboard doesn’t contain any of those things anymore. To configure CTRE’s devices, you need to use their tooling.

Hi, do you know where we can find the newest documents? I looked at the 2019 control system doc about web dashboard and it still says to use IE and shows all the old stuff. Thanks!
We had the same issue but eventually found the documentation (which includes where to down load the file from). It was really frustrating because the screensteps documentation still has a link to the old instructions for interfacing to the PDP, etc.
