Our team is curious about the robot access period rule where it states that each robot access period can be no shorter than 2 hours. If we used 4 hours and 15 minutes are we not allowed to use the remainder of our access time?

Correct.

As per R19:

@R19

The six hours may be broken up in any way the team wishes, with the exception that no single access period may be shorter than two (2) hours.
