Robot minimum height off the ground when hanging

Hi, can anyone help with the minimum height off the ground needed to be considered “hanging” from any of the rungs?

I suggest you reference the game manual, particularly section 6.4.1.

You also need to pay attention to the blue box in Section 6.4: “make sure that it is obvious and unambiguous”
