Robot not running with FRC-Characterization generated code

My team is using the FRC-Characterization tool with Spark MAX’s. The program generates fine, but when we deploy the code, launch the data logger, and connect, neither the quasistatic nor the dynamic tests actually move the robot. Are there any reasons why this issue occurs? We haven’t made any changes with the generated code.

Dumb question, but how long are you letting it run for, and does the robot enable?

Are your Spark Max connected via CAN or PWM?

We’ve been letting it run for a good minute and nothing happens. Robot is definitely enabled (RSL).

CAN! Checked the generated code and it looks good.

Just to be double-sure, you’re manually setting the mode to “Autonomous” and clicking the “Enable” button in the DriverStation application?

Yup, autonomous and then enable after pressing the data collection button.

Are there any errors in the Driver Station?

None. One thing to note is that the Spark Max followers appear to be out of sync with the master.

Hmph… I wouldn’t know why it doesn’t work; are you sure that you use the spark template? At a loss.
