We have developed a new issue and we cannot figure out . We went to test last night and the robot connected and everything was green on the driver’s station. Hit enable and nothing happened. Hit it again and the robot e-stopped. It was working fine last weekend. Not sure what caused this.
We’ve had that issue in the past when the driver station application has been open for a while. It usually is resolved after closing and reopening the application.

I will have them try that. That is something we did not do yesterday. I am actually not sure when the last time we did that. We usually just put the computer to sleep and not restart it. Thanks!
A complete restart never hurts to

I’ve seen issues with waking a computer using the spacebar before where the driver station will latch onto that spacebar entry during the wake and won’t let it go. Closing and re-opening the driver station resolves that.
If you’re curious, the spacebar is the shortcut for emergency stop so you can also use that any time you need the e-stop

Also try turning on prints in the driver station and look over any messages.
Thank you all! Restarted the driver’s station and all was back to normal. I can here all my IT buddies laughing as I always joke with them that the only way they know how to fix something is to restart it. Guess I have to make sure I check that box before asking for help.
