Robotic, Computer, Engineering Teacher Needed
Teaching opportunity at Buckingham Charter School in Vacaville, CA

We’re looking for a positive energetic person who enjoys mentoring students and who preferably has a math or science credential and/or experience in computer science or some engineering field to teach sections of Project Lead the Way’s Introduction to Engineering Design curriculum and at least one section of AP Computer Science A. We’d also like this teacher to be the initiator and builder of our start-up competitive robotics club. The candidate would need to be available to attend a two week summer training course for the IED class and also be willing to take a primer computer science course online this summer if skills in this area are weak. It would be a really fun teaching assignment for the right person, and this position is full time and includes full benefits.

Wow that’s cool hearing that Buckingham wants to start a team! We’re the FRC team out of Vacaville High School, and have students are our team that attend our school. We’d love to help you guys out if at all possible, we have a full lab with a CNC, lathe, welder, 3-D printer, ect.
