Robotpy-ctre 2020.0.1 released for RoboRIO/Sim

Sorry about the delay for this, but hopefully future updates will be easier! Wheels are on pypi and the opkg is on the RobotPy feed now. Lightly tested, so let us know if it works for you!

2020.2.0 has been released, and includes support for the ‘chirp’ functionality CTRE added with their latest update. Have fun!
