Robotstock - FIRST Expo

Team 4575, The Tin Mints, is looking for FRC teams interested in demoing their robots and their programs at the first ever FIRST Robotstock! 55,000 square feet featuring all four families of FIRST. We will have a full field set up and space for each team to set up a “pit” or space just to show off what they do and what they have done!

This event will be held: August 24th and 25th from 9am until 5pm with load in on Friday, August 23rd at The Greater Philadelphia Expo Center in Oaks, outside of Philadelphia.

We are also looking for teams interested in operating interactive exhibits for the public or volunteering in other capacities!

There’s still time to register! Bring your team to display, play or both!
We’ve upgraded to mini tournament style competition on top of practice rounds all weekend long.
There will be a Day 1 winner, and a Robotstock champ on day 2!

Plus you’ll get a minimum of 10x10 to display your program, your past accomplishments and your future goals. Do you have a special tech part of your program, you’d like to highlight or show the public, bring us your ideas.
Come to practice your drivers and drive team,practice your public speakers and presenters, practice building your pit setup, practice anything, but be there.

Here is some of what is coming to robotstock in August.
-Full functioning FRC field with all the Deep Space field goodies
-FTC fields
-FLL tables with past and new years game elements to demo and discuss
-FLL Jr area with a preview of this years challenge and an awesome diorama trash city mega build.
-FRC through the years driving experience. The public will get to drive 1 of 4 kit bots ( 100 plus lbs ) through and around field elements from years past such as , the PYRAMID, AIR SHIP , CASTLE, VAULT and more.
-Battlebot displays
-A girls in STEM expo inside of Robotstock featuring Girls Auto, Association of Women in Forensic Science, Inc. (AWIFS),Women Who Drone and more.
-A STEM and FIRST theme escape challenge room.
-Characters from a Galaxy far far away.
-Educations panels, hands on activities and more.
-RC builders and more !
