RoboZone Podcast Update

Good afternoon fellow Mentors,

I just published the 41st episode of the RoboZone Podcast. I am looking for additional mentors to interview for the upcoming FRC season. If you have not listened to the podcast we can be found on SoundCloud at www.soundcloud.com/Robozonepodcast or we can be found on Apple iTunes podcast app.

Please consider coming on the podcast or simply listening. We do the best to cover FIRST Robotics! If you have the chance please consider leaving us a review as it helps to promote the podcast and a great resource for those parents that might be new to FIRST Robotcis. Thanks for your time and consideration!

Best,
Pete Eckman

Any particular subject or speciality you’re looking for?

Cal,

You have been on the podcast before. Currently I am trying to cover what a team needs to do in the next 5 weeks to get ready for the FRC season. Future episodes I would like to talk about the coding for a robot and the pros and cons of each language. How to design a robot according to a game. Ect…

First time hearing about the podcast. I’ll gladly go out of my way for it, and I am sure others would as well, but is there any chance you could get it into the google realm?

This looks like an awesome resource for all levels of involvement, and I will be sure to give these a listen over the next few weeks and recommend it to others.

If you’re looking for a mentor to interview I’d be happy to give it a shot.

Phil,

You mean publishing the podcast to google?

Yes! Like I said, I will gladly go to soundcloud, but I currently get most of my podcasts from google music.

cyberPhil,

I have added the podcast to Google Music and the podcast is under review. In addition, I am getting it added to Spotify as well but that is a long process. Just an FYI and thanks for listening!

The RoboZone podcast is now available via Google Music

Thanks much!

nice!

You should come do a podcast recording from the FIRST Center at Kettering, if you haven’t already. I’m sure you could get some great feedback there, interview multiple teams and many students, as well as the people running that great facility.

Our team, as I’m sure is every other FRC team, furiously preparing for Build Season.
