We are looking for a servo that fits the rules (PWM, less than $75) but is more robust (beefier output shaft and horn/mount is the goal) than the HiTech servos we have gained over the years via KOP/FIRST choice. We don’t need more than 180 degrees of rotation.
Check out servocity.com; they’ve got what I believe are the whole line of Hitec and Futaba servos, and lots of accessories (horns, mounting, programmers, testers, wire).
This year, we’re doing a bit of programming and using a NeveRest60 functionally as a servo using feedback through the RIO, though you can also implement it internally through an SRX.
