Does the rookie all-star still give you an automatic pass to the state championship? The Michigan rules (5.2.3) talk about the award at the state level but not the district level. Also it seems the rookie all-star doesn’t receive any points for it either. How is FIM planning to have a state rookie all star if the district all stars happen to not qualify?
