We feed a fresh note to the robot every few days to keep wear levels inconsistent.
Our latest stealth wheel based shooter (top-bottom, 1/2" compression) was leaving surface cuts in the note surface . Just holding a file to the exposed corner of the wheel for a few seconds completely resolved the cuts with no change in performance. This small change reduces wear on your notes and competition notes, win-win.
Note 3 was introduced in the morning. Then we rounded the corners and fired note 4 for an equivalent number of shots. Wear level seen here.
